Where exactly will you place the container?

Any spot our truck can safely access — your driveway, a side yard, or curbside with the proper permit. Let us know which way you want the door to face and we'll position it accordingly.

What materials are allowed in the dumpster?

Household clutter, furniture, renovation debris, roofing, decking, flooring and drywall. No paint, fuel, tires, batteries or freon-containing appliances. Yard waste, dirt and concrete go in a dedicated heavy-debris container.

Which size do most homeowners go with?

The 20 yard. It handles a full kitchen renovation or a whole-home cleanout, and it's the container we drop off most often in Springfield. If your project calls for something smaller, we'll let you know and bring a 10 or 15 instead.

How many days can I keep the container?

Every size comes with a seven-day window. Need extra time? Just call or text before your scheduled pickup and we'll extend it.

Will I need a permit in Springfield?

Not if the container sits on your own driveway. If it needs to go on a public street, the city of Springfield requires a right-of-way permit — we'll point you to the right office.
